The mission at Intermountain FertilityCare Services, that is located in Salt Lake City,
is to help women and couples to better understand their reproductive health through professional counseling, using the Creighton Model FertilityCare System.
"The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is unique. Developed from the Ovulation Method of Natural Family Planning, after years of scientific research and standardization, this system has proven itself to be an excellent method of NFP, as well as having medical applications to women's health care." A more biological description of the Creighton Model can be read here on their website. This Creighton Model FertilityCare System is an outstanding method of monitoring gynecologic and reproductive health.
"Recent scientific advances have shown this system to be of assistance in identifying sub-fertility states, ovarian cysts, hormone disorders, endometriosis and the possibility of miscarriage and high-risk pregnancy. It can also be very helpful in treating these conditions, and others, such as premenstrual syndrome. This new science is called Natural Procreative (NaPro) Technology and can be applied by trained NFP Medical Consultants." Those who work at Intermountain FertilityCare Services are trained with this approach and have helped others in achieving the family they have always desired.
Learning how to use the Creighton Model FertilityCare system requires attending an introductory session, followed by a series of individual teaching sessions. These sessions are taught by trained FertilityCare practitioners or practitioner interns. To sign up for an introductory session and to see their schedule, click here to begin.
The systems used by Intermountain FertilityCare Services, help assist women in recognizing what is normal for her body. This then helps her to easily identify when abnormalities occur. These systems provide valuable information to healthcare providers who can then interpret the results to provide holistic and restorative care to women throughout their lives.
